Warranty Coverage:

• Bulbs and LED components: 1-month warranty
• Service Warranty (electrical components): 1-year warranty

Ano ang covered?

• Manufacturing defects
• Electrical component failure under normal usage
• Defective parts upon delivery (report immediately)

Ano ang hindi covered?

• Physical damage from handling or misuse
• Unauthorized modifications or DIY repairs
• Damage caused by incorrect installation (installed by another installer)

Paano mag-claim ng warranty?

1. I-email ang sales@homecartel.com with:
   • Your order number and the name of the order
   • Photos of the product and the defect
   • Brief description of the issue
2. Our team will review within 2-3 business days.
3. Kung confirm na covered ng warranty, we'll arrange repair or replacement.
