Damaged Upon Delivery:

Kung may damage ang item upon delivery, i-report agad sa delivery team. We will schedule a replacement.
 

Change of Mind/ Wrong Order:

• Kung nag-change of mind ka at hindi na-communicate sa store before the delivery date, the transportation fee will be charged to the customer.
• Replacement or completion of items na pick-up ay dapat sa store din i-process.

Unassembled Products:

For unassembled products, check all parts to ensure completeness.
